If you need to adjust your order, please email me at bruno@bleco.art (mailto:bruno@bleco.art)within 1 day of purchase and I will make the necessary changes.
If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to change it as I will likely have already started the design process.
With my experience and tools, every photo is good enough! I guide you every step of the way to see what looks best based on the photos you have on hand!

I always review the photos as orders are placed. If there is a problem with your photo, I will let you know quickly by email. If I need a new photo from you, this may extend the delivery time by a few days. Please note that if you refuse to provide a new photo after being informed that the original photo may not result in the best quality artwork, then I cannot refund you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the photo you provide me.
Yes, you can! I post most of the process on my Instagram account “@bleco.art,(http://bleco.art)” or you can send me a message and I will be happy to share the process with you once the painting is finished.
Yes, absolutely! You can upload up to 10 photos to be considered for the painting.
To start the portrait creation process, there is a mandatory button on the product page that you must use to upload the photos to be painted before proceeding with payment.
If you want to send more photos or if you have any specific preferences, after making your purchase you will receive an email that will allow you to send additional photos and provide any extra details.
