PURCHASING POLICY
BLECO® products are handmade, so there may be minor variations in size and paint color.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Pieces displayed in the online store will be ready to ship within 3-20 days after payment has been received.
If there is a change in product availability after the customer has made a purchase, BLECO® staff will contact the customer to provide another purchase option or issue a full refund within 30 business days.
PRICES
Prices shown on the website are in Mexican pesos. BLECO® reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted: American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa® through PayPal®, and bank deposits/funds transfers.
Customers may modify or cancel their order within the first 12 hours after payment has been made by sending an email to: bruno@bleco.art.
SHIPPING AND FEES
The customer is responsible for the shipping address provided through the site. They assume responsibility for entering their information.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns or exchanges of artwork are acceptable here at Bleco. We understand that art may appear different in person compared to the online representation of the product. We strive to represent the artwork to the best of our ability; however, discrepancies in the overall color and texture of the artwork may vary. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at bruno@bleco.art. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted for personalized products.
DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include a photograph of the product along with a description of the damage so we can assess the problem and resolve it. All artwork shipped is shipped with insurance provided through envia.com.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or custom items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.

It is sent directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with every purchase, your credit card or bank account information will be secure. Confirmation of customer details for certain orders may be required before the order is processed.
